  • To be certain of the copyright status of the brochure, a copyright search was done for periodical renewals for the years 1961, 1962 and 1963. Union Pacific placed the first two of these trains on the rails in 1934 and 1935. No renewals for Union Pacific were discovered, so there's no evidence of a claim.
  • While I believe the material was never copyrighted, I have chosen to license the material as copyright not renewed.
