Description

Mairie de Mâcon située dans l'Hôtel de Montrevel (XVIIIe siècle) L'hôtel de ville. Place Saint-Pierre. Véritable palais, témoignage exceptionnel de l’architecture aristocratique du XVIIIe siècle. Le bâtiment fut la résidence du comte de la Baume-Montrevel, mécène et musicien. Décors Louis XV et Louis XVI ennoblissent ce bâtiment acquis par la ville de Mâcon en 1792 sous la mandature de Louis-Marie Lagrange (1791-1793).

The town hall. St. Peter's Square. Real palace, exceptional testimony to the aristocratic architecture of the eighteenth century. The building was the residence of the Count de la Baume-Montrevel, patron and musician.

Sets Louis XV and Louis XVI ennoble what building acquired by the city of Macon in 1792 under the term of office of Louis-Marie Lagrange (1791-1793).
