Description
English:  : Madonna and Child by Géza Maróti (1934 limestone relief) can be see on the Maróti Villa stone fence above a stone plaque. The Maróti Villa is a listed building. After socialist nationalization it became a sanatorium. Now probably again private property. Also part of a listed building complex - 18 Napraforgó Street, Zebegény, Pest County, Hungary.
Magyar:  : Egykori Maróti-villa. A képek alapján a Szanatórium néven szereplő a muemlekem.hu objektum azonosító: -6423. A Mária a kis Jézussal (1934, Maróti Géza, mészkő dombormű) a kőkerítésen alatta műkő emléktábla. A kert (észak) felé nyiló épületajtó felett kb tucatnyi emberalakos dombormű van (sajnos az utcáról alig látszik) A Zebegény Község Önkormányzat Képviselő Testülete 21/2017.(XII.20.) rendelettel jóváhagyott Településképi rendelet listájában az utca helyi védelem alatt álló épületegyüttesként szerepel. A muemlekm.hu-n 'Táncsics Mihály u. 2-14 sz-ig - településszerkezet védelme' azonosító: -6461. szerepel vélhetően házszámokat is 'átírták'- Pest megye, Zebegény, Napraforgó utca kb. 18. régi cím vélhetően: Táncsics Mihály utca 12, helyrajzi szám: 109
