Rückseite: CVRA / RERVM / PVBLICARVM. Im Eichenkranz dreizeilige Aufschrift, darunter Sixtusbrücke über den Tiber.

Kommentar: Hermes Flavius de' Bonis wurde um 1450/1455 geboren und ist zuletzt 1526 belegt. Er schuf zwischen 1470 und 1473 seine erste Medaille, weitere Arbeiten sind teilweise mit seinem Beinamen Lysipp der Jüngere signiert. Ein neues Corpus der ihm zuzuweisenden und zugewiesenen Arbeiten wurde 2008 von U. Pfisterer vorgelegt. - Diese Gussmedaille ist zur Einweihung der Tiberbrücke Ponte Sisto am 29. April 1473 geschaffen worden; goldene Exemplare dieses Typs wurde im Brückenfundament deponiert. Sixtus IV. wurde 1414 geboren als Francesco della Rovere und im Jahre 1471 zum Papst gewählt.
