Description
English: The Saxon church founded in AD 633 by Queen Ethelburga (Æthelburh of Kent) as excavated in 2019. The remains of the Saxon church are outside the south wall of the later church, with the apsidal chancel located just east of the south porch. The chancel is separated from the nave by a triple arch.
