English: This antique Filipino sword is believed to have originated from Luzon, perhaps prior to World War 2.
The blade is thick and heavy, as is characteristic of blades of old blades. The intricately-carved carabao horn hilt features a horse hoof pommel motif. The ferrule is octagonal and is made of iron. The scabbard is tooled leather with ornate design patterns.
