Description
English: The Luzerne National Bank Building (left; built 1928; the tallest building in the city at 177 feet in height) and the First National Bank Building (center; built 1906) as seen from the west side of Public Square, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, September 2020. The bell in the foreground once hung in the Old Ship Zion Church, the oldest house of worship in the city (built 1805, demolished 1857) which stood on roughly the same spot.
