This grandiose development, started c2006(?) must have investors, developers, and purchasers thinking more than twice now that we are into 2010 in the aftermath of the "credit crunch". Strictly for the "serious" end of the market, the sales hype cannot bring itself to mentioning the canal. We are told, "A stunning multi award winning collection of luxury apartments and penthouses (is) available for purchase from Parkridge Homes. Waterside surrounds an impressive cascading water feature, with spectacular views across the Stratford-upon-Avon waterway, nature reserve and the Solihull countryside beyond. If you fancy a gaff down by "the cut" this may be for you. The view is from the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal, by the footbridge crossing into the nature reserve. |
