| Description |
Nederlands: Gezicht vanuit het zuidwesten op het begin van de Luttekestraat en de Voorstraat, voor 1904. Te zien zijn de panden Luttekestraat 2-16. Het pand Luttekestraat 4 heeft nog geen nieuwe gevel. Daarom dateert de kaart van voor 1904, toen daar een mooie Jugendstil gevel gebouwd werd. Op de gevel van Voorstraat 8 maakt J. van Eelen reclame voor matten en schuiers. Daarnaast, op nr. 6, beschermt L. Bekenkamp zijn garen en band in de etalage tegen al te fel zonlicht. Op Voorstraat 4 is de kruidenier J. Hollander gevestigd. De tram rijdt in de richting van de Grote Markt. Frans Vulker, eigenaar van het cafe-restaurant op nr. 10, heeft veel fietsende gasten op bezoek.

The building Luttekestraat 4 does not yet have a new facade. Therefore, the postcard pre-dates 1904, when a beautiful Jugendstil façade was built there. On the facade of Voorstraat 8, J. van Eelen advertises mats and schuiers. Next door, at no. 6, L. Bekenkamp protects his yarn and tape in the shop window from too bright sunlight. Voorstraat 4 is home to the grocer J. Hollander. The tram travels in the direction of Grote Markt. Frans Vulker, owner of the cafe-restaurant at No 10, has many cycling guests visiting. |
