On Thursday, June 16 2016, children and families took part of the the Summer Lunch Program kick-off at the Joyce Ellington Branch.

Activities included: • Storytime with the SJ Earthquakes • Free lunch served by Mayor Sam Liccardo, City Librarian Jill Bourne, USDA representative Jesus Mendoza, and other special guests • Iron Chef cooking workshop • Arts and Crafts • Balloon Artist
