Tangsel (Pinmas) --- Keluarga besar KH Ali Yafie menggelar tasyakur 93 tahun usia beliau. Acara yang diinisiasi oleh para murid mantan Ketua Umum MUI ini dibarengi dengan peluncuran buku Bertasawuf di Zaman Edan.

Hadir dalam kesempatan ini sejumlah tokoh, antara lain: Jimly Asshiddiqie, Andi Syamsul Bahri, Quraish Shihab, Soerjadi Soedirja, Andi Syamsul Bahri, AM Fatwa, dan Parni Hadi.

Menag Lukman Hakim Saifuddin yang juga hadir dan memberikan sambutan menilai, KH Ali Yafie merupakan teladan pelaku tasawuf di kehidupan modern ini. "Kalau kita ingin menyaksikan sosok yang dengan baik menjalani kehidupan bertasawuf maka salah satu contoh yang bisa kita saksikan yang sekarang ada di tengah-tengah kita adalah almukarom Bapak KH Ali Yafie," ucap Menag, Tangerang, Selasa (22/11).

Tangsel (Pinmas) --- KH Ali Yafie's extended family held a celebration for his 93 years of age. The event, which was initiated by a student of the former chairman of the MUI, was accompanied by the launch of the book "Sufism in the Crazy Age".

Present on this occasion were a number of figures, including: Jimly Asshiddiqie, Andi Syamsul Bahri, Quraish Shihab, Soerjadi Soedirja, Andi Syamsul Bahri, AM Fatwa, and Parni Hadi.

Minister of Religion Lukman Hakim Saifuddin who was also present and gave an assessment assessed that KH Ali Yafie is an example of a practitioner of Sufism in modern life. "If we want to witness a figure who lives a life of Sufism well, then one example that we can see now in our midst is the almukarom of Mr. KH Ali Yafie," said the Minister of Religion, Tangerang, Tuesday (11/22).
