Description
English: This building was built in 1925 filling part of the footprint of the old Ellis-Forde Department store, which had burned to the ground in 1915. It was designed by Wenatchee architects (Earl) Morrison, (Van) Stimson & Solberg for B.W. Ludington and was originally used as a restaurant. A wooden second floor was awkwardly added the the building sometime in the 1970s.
