The 379th Quartermaster Truck Depot arrived at Camp Atterbury, Indiana May 3, 1943 and departed for maneuver area on August 28, 1943. It was redesignated the 828th Amphibious Truck Company and permanently stationed at Camp Rucker, Alabama on October 1, 1943. |
