| Description |
English: Lower Cross Oak War Memorial
Located on the corner of the B4558 and the road to Talybont Reservoir and Torpantau. The memorial, a Celtic cross on a 3-layer rectangular base, was erected "to the glory of God and to the sacred memory of those from this parish who gave their lives in the Great War". Five names are shown on the front, and another nine names on the side. The Great War is now usually known as the First World War. The names of seven people from the parish who died in the Second World War were added to the side of the memorial. |
