Description This Union Pacific train was moving at probably less than 30 mph as it travelled parallel to TX 3 between Houston and Galveston. It had maybe a hundred tank cars, carrying who knows what, but probably something that would make us all pretty unhappy in case of a derailment. Because the Houston-Galveston area has so many refineries, this is a pretty frequent occurrence on this railroad.
