English: Low tide off Calshot Spit On the left the masts of the dinghies at Calshot Sailing Club. The tall chimney of Fawley power station is to the right. In the foreground is wet sand exposed by the low tide. The two logs are possibly remains of wooden groynes, of which there are many along this stretch of the Solent coastline. |
