Description
Čeština: Autor fotografie Jiří Zelenka. Lovecký salám. Uzenářský výrobek z masa fermentovaný, trvanlivý a tepelně neopracovaný. Charakteristický je svým plochým hranatým tvarem. Receptura na Lovecký salám pochází z roku 1955 (Czechoslovakia).Jeho technologická úprava a složení podléhá ČSN. Na Slovensku se vyrábí obdobný pod názvem Lovecká saláma. Czech Republic.
