| Description |
English: Lough Muck, Fireagh Road, Omagh. This lough is located at Gammy. Famous for pike fishing and no licence is required. Used to be used for water sports like jet-skiing and sailing. In fact, I used to sail a mirror dinghy there myself which I built. There was a swimming club before the town had a leisure centre and there was an instance of a brave man taking a volkswagen car across it one year on the ice when there was a severe cold spell of weather. |
