Description
Español: Ambos sexos buscan lugares adecuados para nidificar

El nido lo construye la hembra y utiliza hierba seca, musgo y barro, también hojas, raíces y tallos. Emplea en su construcción unas dos semanas. Habitualmente está a poca altura del suelo.

La puesta, consta de 3-5 huevos, casi siempre 4. La cáscara del huevo tiene un color azulado o azulado-verdoso y está, en general, profusamente cubierta de manchas pardo rojizas u ocráceas que en algunos se acumulan en el extremo más ancho, formando un pequeño casquete herrumbroso. Solamente la hembra incuba
