Object history | The statues and reliefs on the outside were restored in 1723 and 1724 by Father Paul Eltschinger, in 1784 by the sculptor Rodolphe Muller and in 1838 by Nicolas Kessler. Then they were replaced by copies: in 1889 the three southern statues by C. Weber, in 1912 two more statues, probably by Ampellio Regazzoni and from 1914 to 1949 the remaining pieces by Théo Aeby. It should be added that the architecture itself underwent some repairs in 1916. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
