sign: "Dentist"

This has to be the Masonic Building at Second and Pike, later extended upward three stories as People's National Bank of Washington / People's Savings Bank Building.
Mostly illegible sign on a Romanesque Revival building, that appears to be for a bank.
Hotel York at northwest corner of First and Pike, where the Corner Market Building would later stand.
