Description View looking down at our boats from the lower tier of the Tham TIng lower level cave at Pak Ou. After going down the seep stairs you see in the foreground, we turn right and walk for quite a distance along the cliff ledge before you come to the steps leading down to the boats. Water levels were pretty low on the river due to which it was quite a long climb down to water level. Here, I wait for the steps to clear as another crowd of tourists has arrived and is climbing up to where I am standing now. (Luang Prabang, Laos/ Lao PDR, April 2014)
