| Description |
English: Looking across towards the track of the Padarn Railway This valley used to have two railway lines, that of the LNWR Caernarfon-Llanberis branch line, from the converted trackbed of which this photo was taken, and the Dinorwig Quarry line which linked that quarry with the port of Felinheli. Today, the only line in use is a narrow gauge line laid over a short section of the quarry line trackbed, and which is known as the Padarn Railway. The buildings in the distance are those of the Cei Llydan station. |
