English: Looking NW from Twyn y gaer The former inhabitants of Twyn y gaer had a splendid view up the Grwyne Fawr valley and its easterly neighbour, the Vale of Ewyas. The main change in this view since Iron Age times may be the conifer plantations - and perhaps the encroachment of bracken. |
