Description
Deutsch: Im Loog auf Juist, Ansicht aus westlicher Richtung: Mittig und rechts sind zwei Gebäude des reformpädagogischen Landerziehungsheims Schule am Meer zu erkennen, mittig das Hauptgebäude Diesseits (vormals Café-Restaurant Tusculum), rechts die westliche Seite der Arche, in der die älteren Schüler (Primaner, z. B. die spätere Komponistin Felicitas Kukuck und der spätere Komponist Jens Rohwer) untergebracht waren und Wohnungen von Lehrern bestanden, z. B. die der sechsköpfigen Familie von Dr. Paul Reiner (1886–1932) und dessen Ehefrau, der Krankenschwester Annemarie „Anni“ (1891–1972), geb. Hochschild. Das dritte Fenster auf der Westseite im Erdgeschoss der Arche war von 1930 bis 1933 das Zimmer von Jens Rohwer (1914–1994), der später als Komponist, Musikwissenschaftler, Musikpädagoge und Hochschullehrer wirkte. Links hinten erkennt man das Café Zur freien Aussicht.
