English: London cycle hire stand near Paddington, near to Marylebone, Westminster, Great Britain.
This cycle stand in Winsland Street is the closest to Paddington Station. Photo taken on just the first week of the scheme, and at a week-end, so not many bikes have been hired - or maybe it has been kept well topped up.
