Description Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Thornton Street The ArcelorMittal Orbit is a 114.5-metre-tall sculpture and observation tower in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. It is Britain's largest piece of public art, and is intended to be a permanent lasting legacy of London's hosting of the 2012 Summer Olympic Games. Des. & arch. Anish Kapoor with Sir Cecil Balmond of engineering Group Arup and Ushida Findlay Architects 2010-14.
