Description
English: Lómur is a wooden Faroese rowing boat, which is used for boat races in summertime around the islands. It belongs to the rowing club in Argir, Argja Róðrarfelag. The boat participated in the men's race on Norðoyastevna 2012 and won the race. This photo was taken just after the race.
Føroyskt: Lómur er ein føroyskur kappróðrarbátur hjá Argja Róðrarfelag, hann er eitt 6-mannafar. Henda myndin varð tikin á Norðoyastevnu 2012 beint eftir at menninir á Lómi vunnu róðurin hjá 6-mannaførum hjá monnum.
