Deutsch: Langobardische Fibel mit vier stilisierten Vogelköpfen
Die Wirbelfibel aus vergoldetem Silber, die Vogelaugen mit Almandinen eingelegt, barg Grab 4, Poysdorf. Bei diesem Körpergrab handelt es sich um eine gestörte Frauenbestattung in gestreckter Rückenlage auf einem Totenbrett. Erhalten ist nahezu die gesamte Schmuckausstattung der Toten in Trachtlage: diese Wirbelfibel, Glasperlen einer Halskette, ein Goldbrakteat, eine Haarnadel aus Bronze neben der Schläfe, eine Gürtelschnalle im Beckenbereich und eine Metallperle des Gürtelgehänges zwischen den Knien. Hinzu kommen eine Schüssel mit Nahrungsbeigabe, ein Messer und ein Knochenkamm. Die Wirbelfibel, die lange Haarnadel und das Gürtelgehänge sind typische Bestandteile der germanischen Frauentracht. Die Tote gehörte demnach einer von zahlreichen elbgermanischen Gruppen an, die sich in Österreich niedergelassen hatten und die in den Schriftquellen seit dem späten 5. Jahrhundert als Langobarden bezeichnet werden.
