To 1729 Hospitality Services "Sydekum"; after the acquisition of the house through the city it served as a senior tax official and local customs office. 1872 acquired the Masonic Lodge "Phytagoras zu den drei Strömen " who was responsible at the same time the remarkable expansion of its ceremonial and meeting space on the 2nd floor. This, as a "court to the Temple of Solomon" refers, is in the service of three virtues "wisdom", "Beauty" and "strength" which is both in the form of a late classical painting as well as by three pillars - "Dorian", "ionically "and" Corinthian "- are visualized, and the guiding principle of the Loge" Humanitas ". Besides influenced by ideas of the historicist period features with a starry sky is the preserved half-timbered dome one of the most exceptional, unique monument treasures Hannoversch Münden. 17.10.1996 the Logenhaus was included in the inventory of the Lower Saxon architectural and cultural monuments.Deutsch: Der untere Teil des Logenhauses war ein an der Schlagdspitze errichtetes ursprünglich kreisrunde Bollwerk am Zusammenfluss von Werra und Fulda. Um 1729 als Gastwirtschaft „Sydekum“ (niederdeutsch: si dek um) erbaute Gebäude ; nach Erwerb des Hauses durch die Stadt diente es als Ober-Steueramts-Local und Zollamt. 1872 erwarb es die 1799 gegründete Freimaurerloge „Phytagoras zu den drei Strömen“, die zeitgleich den sehenswerten Ausbau ihres Zeremonien- und Versammlungsraums im 2. Obergeschoss verantwortete. Dieser, als „Vorhof zum Tempel Salomons“ bezeichnet, steht ganz im Dienst der drei Tugenden „Weisheit“, „Schönheit“ und „Stärke“, die darin sowohl in Form eines spätklassizistischen Gemäldes als auch durch drei Säulen -„dorisch“, „ionisch“ und „korinthisch“ - visualisiert sind, und der Leitidee der Loge der „Humanitas“. Neben der vom historistischen Ideengut der Zeit geprägten Ausstattung mit Sternenhimmel ist das erhaltene Fachwerkkuppelgewölbe einer der ganz außergewöhnlichen, einzigartigen Denkmalschätze Hannoversch Mündens. 17.10.1996 wurde das Logenhaus in das Verzeichnis der niedersächsischen Bau- und Kulturdenkmale aufgenommen. Auf der vorderen rechten Seite befindet sich die Statue der „Mundenia“ (die Schauende) von Heinz Detlef Wüpper. |
