Description
English: The Lockhart Building, 124 N (115 S before renumbering) Howard Street, Spokane, Washington. Designed by Herman Preusse for for district court clerk-turned-realtor J. Trumball Lockhart and completed by the end of 1889. Prior to the fire it was the site of a 2-story brick building built in 1883 by Lorenzo Wesley Rima, Spokane's first jeweler and the surveyor of the original townsite, A full bio can be found here: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/250144743/lorenzo-wesley-rima.
