| Description |
English: Lock's Garage This is not your average filling station. It's many things to the locals hereabout. You can buy your pigeon peas and your pigeon beans! It has paraffin, tractor derv and potatoes by the ton. There is a complete supermarket, off-licence and post office. It is the modern equivalent of the community centre, set on the A465/B4348 crossroads 5 miles south-west of Hereford. With a bit of luck it will remain so in spite of the relentless march of Tesco and their ilk. |
