| Description |
English: Loch Quoich 60 years ago this view would have been mostly loch, and it would still have been raining. Since then the loch has been enlarged, the old shoreline and paths lost. View across to Meall a' Choire Bhuidhe on the south shore, taken from a boulder just inside the square.
Near here is the site of Kinlochquoich - the wettest place in Scotland. Even wetter since it was drowned by the dams. |
