| Description |
English: Loch Quoich Loch Quoich has been hugely enlarged by hydroelectric works. The loch is now higher than the watershed, and two small dams are placed to stop the top few metres of water draining into Loch Nevis. The maps show the maximum theoretical height of the water, the apology of a shore path runs mostly through the blue shaded area. After a lot of sliding about on rocks I was able to find a boulder to stand in just inside the square(GPS). You do not wade in lochs like this!
