Description
English: Load Transfer near to Hemington, Northamptonshire, Great Britain. A chaser bin off loads wheat to a standard grain trailer to be hauled back to the grain store. A chaser bin is a large trailer with a self emptying auger attached it usually has large flotation tyres to minimise soil damage. The chaser bin will follow the combine(s) and collect grain when they are full and then transfer it to road going vehicles. This keeps the combine moving and keeps trailers off the field especially those with hard compound tyres that are not suited to wet soil.
