Summary
[edit]DescriptionLlyn Fawr a Chraig y Llyn (geograph 4025494).jpg |
English: Llyn Fawr a Chraig y Llyn
Llyn Fawr a Chraig y Llyn ar Fynydd y Rhigos, De Cymru. Hefyd yn lleoliad hanesyddol pwysig iawn yn sgil y creiriau o'r Oes Efydd a'r Oes Haearn a ddarganuwyd yn y llyn yn 1913. Credir iddynt fod yn offrwm i'r Duwiau mewn adeg o bryder ac ansicrwydd. Llyn Fawr (trans Big Lake) & Craig y Llyn (trans. Lake Crag) on Rhigos Mountain, South Wales. Also a site of historical importance in light of Bronze Age and Iron Age artefacts discovered in the lake in 1913. The treasures are believed to have been offerings to the Gods during a period of uncertainty and strife. |
