Summary

[edit]
Description

Bala Lake Narrow Gauge Railway has its headquarters at Llanuwchllyn Standard Gauge Railway Station. The narrow gauge track looks slightly odd up against a main line platform but no matter. The building is preserved as a functioning station and it works well. The line passes through magnificent scenery all the way to Y Bala at the other end of the lake.
