Summary
[edit]DescriptionLlanberis Pass shuttle bus, 27 April 2007.jpg | North Wales. The shuttle bus making its way to Llanberis from Pen Y Pass in the Llanberis Pass. This must surely be one of the most scenic bus routes in the UK. During winter it operates an hourly service and in summer, an half hourly service. Parking in the pass and at Pen Y Pass (the start of several recognised tracks to the summit of Yr Wyddfa, Snowdon) is very limited and at holiday time, the bus is often packed with walkers and climbers. In summer an open topped double decker service is run. In the distance are the lakes of Llyn Peris and Llyn Padarn. |
