Description The 1901-built rotating railroad bridge connects the cities of Albany and Rensselaer in New York, spanning the Hudson River. This bridge replaced an earlier one built in 1866. The Livingston Avenue Bridge is utilized by CSX and other freight lines as well as Amtrak passenger trains.
