Summary
[edit]DescriptionLivid Builder Brain Jr. board - Hale Micro UMC-32 (2010-04-25 14.09.18 by c-g.).jpg | This is the secondary controller logic board for the middle bank of controls under the screen -- the "global parameter change" section-- I maxed out the Livid Brain inputs by 17 controls so I needed something small, discreet and USB-only. This is a pricey board for the size (though not as expensive as the Livid Brain which does USB and MIDI) and it has precisely half the inputs of the Brain (but can be doubled up) but its perfect for adding that middle section of faders and knobs. Astute readers will see I am using just over half the allowed total inputs -- the rest will go towards external sensors which will plug into the back for light, movement and proximity in fact anything I care to add on. Its been hanging around for 6 months so its nice to use it finally! |
