Summary
[edit]DescriptionLiverpool Buses at Pier Head - geograph.org.uk - 3118533.jpg |
English: Taken in October 1969, this photo shows some Leyland Panther single-decker buses at Pier Head in their cream and green livery. A total of 110 of these vehicles, which have Metro-Cammell 47-seater bodywork, were delivered to Liverpool Corporation Passenger Transport in 1968/9 for one-man operation in that city. The Cunard building can be seen in the background. Pier Head is no longer used for bus departures. |
