Description
English: A Portuguese airman creates balloon sculptures for children from Kudikiu Namai during a Humanitarian Civil Assistance (HCA) project, in Sauliai, Lithuania, August 23, 2016. As part of the European Command’s (EUCOM) Humanitarian and Civic Assistance Program, the 375th Engineer Company, 457th Civil Affairs Battalion and the Lithuanian military collaborate to renovate the fence at Kudikiu Namai, an orphanage for Lithuanian children up to the age of 6, in Sauliai, Lithuania, August 8-26, 2016. The HCA Program is a series of medical and engineering engagements in several European countries in support of strategic, theater, operational and tactical objectives. (U.S. Army Photo by Pfc.
