Description YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- Senior Airman Travis Hutts uses a liquid oxygen cart to service a C-130 Hercules. Liquid oxygen is used by aircrews to help them breathe at high altitude. Airman Hutts is a crew chief with the 374th Maintenance Squadron here.
