Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Visible between the town and it's Loch is Linlithgow Palace, birthplace of Mary, Queen of Scots (1542-1587).

On the left we see part of the Avon viaduct, an engineering feat from the mid 1800's, carrying the railway from Edinburgh to Glasgow.

At the top of the picture is the town of Bo'ness on the South bank of the River Forth.

The photo was taken with a modern DSLR and a favourite 45 year old manual focus Nikkor ai lens.
