It s really simple;here it is, try it: Put into a soup-plate two tablespoonfuls of DurKees SaladDressing, thin it a little with the juice of a lemon, or a tablespoonfulof vinegar. Remove the oysters from their liquor, dry them well in acloth, dip them into the Dressing, then roll in bread or cracker crumbs;do not press them with the hands or place them one on top of another.When the lard is smoking hot, fry them as you would doughnuts.Brown the crumbs a little before using them by putting them in a panin the oven.
