Description
Français : Lille - Maison néo flamande teintée d'Art Nouveau ou Art déco naissant au Nº199 boulevard de la Liberté.
Architecte : Horace Pouillet (1878 - 1946). - ≈1925 - Permis de construire : 1921.
"Maison étroite dont le haut brisis vertical permet d'atténuer l'écrasement créé par les constructions mitoyennes. Façade à 1 travée centrale et prolongée en toiture par un large fronton pignon. La fenêtre du séjour est décalée afin d'intégrer la porte d'entrée. Les baies sont divisées par un ou deux trumeaux. Une baie en demi-cercle se trouve au faîte du fronton.

Eléments saillants : bow-window en bois surmonté d'un balcon en fer forgé.
Détails et modénatures : cabochons, lignes enduites et peintes découpant le fronton pignon, étagement d'amortissements, acrotère démesurée, bardage du brisis en zinc. Polychromie de la façade par l'applique d'une peinture sur l'enduit simulant un appareil mixte".
