| Description |
English: Lieferkette bei der CAR-T-Zelltherapie. T‑Zellen werden mittels Leukapherese aus dem entnommenen Blut des Patienten isoliert und zu einer zentralen Produktionsstätte transportiert. Dort wird ihnen das therapeutische Gen verabreicht, welches für den CAR codiert. Nach anschließender Expansion und Produktformulierung wird das kryokonservierte Produkt zurück in die Klinik transportiert, wo es dem Patienten verabreicht wird |
