| Description |
English: : Liebner-Darányi Mansion. Built in the 1890s. József Liebner was a beekeper, István Darányi a beverages wholesaler. - 3 Lőrinc pap Square, Budapest District VIII. Magyar: : Liebner-palota. Kakucsi Liebner József császári és királyi asztalnok méhész részére 1894-ben (más forrás 1896? talán a befejezés ideje) épült Staerk Sándor tervei alapján. Eklektikus olasz reneszánsz és neobarokk elemekkel, négyszintes, sarokrizalitos épület. Háromszögű íves és egyenes szemöldökű ablakok szabályos kiosztásban. A földszint kőburkolatot kapott a 2 és 3. emelet dísztégla burkolatos. A háromrászes főpárkány gyámsoros és fogrovatos. Az erkély kőbábos. Az ablakok alatt gipsz mellvédek. A loggia kőoszlopos boltíves kőpárkányos mellvédfalas. Kovácsoltvas a fűggőfolyosó és a lépcsőházi korlát. Gipsz díszítőelemel iééetve azok helye is láthatók. Padló a bejáratnál monogrammal és építés (kezdete?) évszámmal. A loggiák és a lépcsőpihenők terazzomintát kaptak, lángot lővelő sárkány és a nyílvesszőn ülő hattyú. A belső udvar sötét keretes fekete-szürke terazzo-lapokkal burkolt. A földszinten kocsma, majd mézraktár működött, az emeleteken pedig bérlakások voltak. A kapu fölött Liebner József monogram van. Jelenleg 15 öröklakás két iroda található az épületben Valamint önkotmányzati tulajdonu garázs van. 438 nm az alapterülete - Forrás: Budapest 100 2018 kiadvány,-felelős kiadó: Kortárs Építészeti Központ,-és helyszíni tájékoztatók, kutató: Győrfi Dániel és Gácsi Zsuzsanna. - Budapest VIII. kerület, Palotanegyed, Lőrinc pap tér 3. |
