It turns out that this foilage wall on the hoardings is part of the 2010 Floral Trail in Birmingham. It is called Library of Birmingham Living Wall. Number 5 on the 2010 trail. The wall can outlive the site, and will be moved to somewhere else in 2012. Floral Trail sign about the Living Wall. |
