Summary

[edit]
Description

A few short weeks before the Library of Birmingham opens on 3rd September 2013.

The area outside is now open to the public to explore / walk through, and you can see the amphitheatre - circular structure in the middle.

I noticed that a mobile crane was on site from Bronzeshield.
